Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through a variety of carriers including but not limited to USPS, Fedex, and DHL, from our fulfillment facilities in Henderson, NV. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be fully processed and shipped, then 1 to 2 business days to receive your order from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping Restrictions

Juice Head products can only be purchased online and shipped to persons and addresses located within the continental United States. Due to PACT Act regulations, we are currently unable to ship to the following states:

Change of Shipping Address

We are only able to amend the address of an order if the order has not yet been shipped, and we can only correct faults in the given address, not change it to another address. Please make sure that your address is correct when you place your order. If you have provided us with a faulty or incomplete address and your order has already been shipped there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do. We do not refund nor reship shipped orders with address faults. We also do not refund or reship orders that were sent to a temporary address (for example hotel addresses during your holiday) and did not arrive in time before the end of your stay. Please make sure to state a shipping address where you will be staying for a duration of at least 2 months from the date of the order placement.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your product is damaged or defected, please contact our support team atΒ sales@juicehead.co to request a product placement or refund. Product replacements and refunds are provided on a case by case basis.
